At 25, I started saying I’ve lived many lives. I love taking on new hats and adventures. I’ve been a baseball writer and podcaster, a baker, a traveler, an artist, and an entrepreneur. These days I work in the public health nonprofit world, while volunteering as an EMT and studying nursing in my free time.

Through all these side quests, one thing has stayed constant: my love of reading. My mom, a retired English teacher, sparked that passion early, and it’s only grown since. One of my dream quests is to write a romance novel of my own, but until then, I’m tucking away my literary criticisms and thoughts here.

This blog is my space to explore stories more deeply, reflect on what moves me (or doesn’t), and share my love of books with anyone who happens to wander in.
